Morning Guys,

Part 2 Scaff needed, must hold PTS,

Work is on Christmas Day, 12 Hour Shift - london/kingscross.

Wage:
£38 p/hr

Might have to be a bit more wonga than that to tempt me away from the ale house then my turkey dinner:laugh:
 
for a twelve hur shift mb on the most prestigeouse day of the year,with the guy throwing in his pts card also.Nowhere near enough tax,ni,lodge,expenses all to come off ie taxis double fare there and back dont sound so great now dose it mate lol.am baseing this on what palmers are paying their boys on the stations xmas day boxing day,most aint pts carded either think they getting 800-900 for xmas day.so up he wonga mb lol.

While he pockets the other £450 for sitting on his arse.
 
I can only pay what the client wants to, if you dont like it, dont apply. Some guys on here have actually appllied and are grateful that i am offering work on here. And to tell us to ignore the little comments that you guys love to make as you nothing better to do.

I will continue to offer my work that i get in as i no that most of the scaffs on here are decent guys and appreciate that i still offer the work even though we get a lot of stick. (

There is not a alot of work out there at the moment as you guys know, so all im trying to do is keep you in work.

Next year is looking very good for us on the scaffolding side, so to you other scaffs on here that will be looking for work, 2011 will be a good year and to check the forum for our job's.

The thing is lads if you havent worked for weeks then the chance to earn £456 for a days work xmas or not cant be passed up , especially if you got a family to feed iam sure some lad will be only to happy to take it even if it SHOULD be more.
 
I have been working for RHL for nearly 8 months now on different sites around the country. They have treated me good (so far) which worries me when I have seen some of the posts on here from both sides some not great and not fair when all RHL have been trying to do is give you guys work!! Nik has been my boss for nearly the whole 8 months with RHL and always helped us as much as poss from the end of a phone. If I didnt have plans this xmas I would be on that job as RHL had the decency to pay us a £200 xmas bonus.

I run a small firm and sometimes need a couple of lads for a few days to ease the pressure on my lads , i cant employ someone for a few days so the agency's are the perfect answer.
it cant be nice to be running around from job to job i agree but if it pays the bills then what difference does it make if you work for a scaffold company or an agency, there are iam certain bad agency's as i know from personal experiance there are bad scaffold companys
if the lads can get work from agencys when there is nothing else on offer it cant be all bad

Get em in pay em cash then move um on :)

Your dead right mate no one is asking me to work for them,and i will never work for any of them after the hassle i had with one agency, the guy told me there was 6months work when i started on a monday morning the foreman told me it was for 1day i walked of the job. He asked me for my phone number i ended up working for the scaffold company for over 2years.You have the nerve to tell me im trying to screw it up for other guys dont think so.
 
listen its not bout being fair or snide comments or underhand blows MB its my personal opinion mate,thats all im not out to critisise you whatsoever in anyway(no need for me to do that lol)its just my opinion.wether guys been out for any lengh of time or other wise the wongas not right,am happy your back doing what you do as it helps lads out magic all am saying is up the ante mate

gilpin read the script mate before you go on one,ok.whats been said is an other companys paying double for the same DAY HOURS WORK,got that??theres no malice in the truth mate only the truth,beats me why the rate drops so dramaticaly from job to job any ideas WHY???
