I think you'll find that by simply flicking on the hazard warning lights, scaffolders and their wagons have special dispensation to park anywhere. :noworry:

I Wish Bolton Preston Blackburn they have all had us but Liverpool is the cheapest fine all the rest have been £60 a time if you pay early enough unlesss it is a Lancashire thing:sad:

park up,cover your number plates and tax disc,so the traffic warden cant see any numbers,by law he cant touch the vehicle to see them.hows he going to write one out.
theres a law that if you have broken down,and can prove it,you cant get done.
