sammyscaff ive spoken to the person who does all this wages an stuff for us, and she says your sentence "is this right im working this week and not getting paid til 7th jan cos women who pays wages isnt working" could mean bout 5 different things.
have you only just started for company, if so and only done this one week and dont have holidays and stuff, it could mean yes they are right depending how they run their wage week for example tues to tues or fri to fri, as this week would be your running week and nxt pay day might fall into holidays therefore nxt wage run would be 1st week back.
She says doing that although right would be a Cnuts trick :toung:
its possible you will be getting ( if worked there a while ) a weeks wages plus holidays in this weeks pay packet therefore this last weeks work would then be your first weeks wages in 2011.
hope this makes sense them are the 2 she thinks are poss , but without knowing how long you worked there, or how they run their week she cant be certain you need to go get clarification cos it could just be a mis understanding.
the woman could have run all wages thru and doesnt need to be in you see, but your boss might not be making clear reasons.
only you know how good an outfit they are so see whats exactly happening then if not good news and they not good employers
