As stated this matter has been delegated . I have informed the candidate to get the evidence if he feels this to be the case in the future. I am not a judge. I never stated the name of the Instructor or centre. so with that we'll see if anymore come out of the woodwork.

the way i see it is any univestigated alledged bullying is worse than the bullying,am just glad steve has cleared this matter up and he the instructor and most importantly the trainee can move onwards and upwards,i too have hit the cobbles many a time dwarf and as a result lost employment but that is another thread.

What does "we'll see if anymore come out of the woodwork" mean Steve? You have admitted that there was no wrong doing!
 
Steve he the lad went over the top why will anymore come out of the woodwork, it seems to me that there may be a plot or a conspiracy here because reading most of your threads you seem to be against training and the NASC.

To state that you are not a judge read your posts just on this thread...You as good hung a fellow scaffolder (as in the instructor)...

You also seem to be running here THREAD CLOSE AND END OF THREAD, why did you not get the support you wanted or the bad press....

I am a scaff that's why I have to have the last word. I take it that was lost on you, I'm guessing your one of the thick ones

Like I've said and like you've said I had my question answered and I'm fine with that but as long as posts are still
being aimed at me I'll keep going.

I am just not happy with how this was dealt with by the person who started the thread..

I feel we have been issued some bad information and we could have all backed this and lost a man his job or credabilty and I think that point is being over looked.

Peter Cries Wolf how far will someone go or slightly over egg a situation.

We have all been on site bit of banter and before we know it rolling on the floor cause iit gone to far...

yes dwarf you have a fair point,but as clarity was given then i see no other vested intrest to continualy hyena a man no matter how answers were given or obtained my friend.

I have said and you have and I have said and you have said and then I said again and then you said again, I have had my question answered and I'm happy to leave it there but as I said before we're scaffolders and it now seems to be about having the last word. Just let me know when you've had enough of this nonsense

as i said and will say again i think you lose credibility when you get personal,no matter how you try to retrive the situation.
 
i am not sure what to say to be honest, I have read through these threads and seen a big allergation made but then cause someone then gets what looks like the full story it is ok cause the kid went slightly over the top.

Thank god no one lost their job.

I think another comarade has stated on here shoot now and ask questions later, so Steve I hope you have learnt at least on lesson here dont post until full facts.
