You need to host it somewhere first. Then use the little button which when you hover your mouse over says "insert image" (its a small picture of a mountain and sun). You'll be prompted to provide a link to wherever you have hosted it.
 
i will have to wait till my boy gets back in abit not to good with this post them on here to night
 
DONT need to host if file is on computer just upload straight from there
 
Ah yes you can upload small images direct from your computer, the man is right. See the paperclip symbol just up there?? Next to the smiley face. Click it, at the top where it says upload from computer click browse and then select your file. A table should be displayed showing you the maximum images size.
