I will do better than that, if you catergorically deny that you havent sent out your own instructors to photograph lads on jobs , some of whom you have trained, then gone to their firm and shown the evidence in order to scare the gaffer into paying for training....I will do more than come out the closet....

Massive conflict of interest....they inadequately train you....come and bollack you for not doing it properly ie ties.....then you pay them to get trained more......it starts again....basically the ghetto polizie of scaffolding

what ever safety and scaffolding training company is "allegedly" taking photos really needs to have a look at themselves.
THE BASIS OF ALL SAFETY IS STOP THE UNSAFE ACT,AS SPANNER ALREADY STATED INTERVENTION IS THE BIG BUZZWORD.WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF AFTER TAKING THE ALLEGED PHOTO AND HEADING AWAY TO PRINT OFF THE PROOF A SCAFFOLDER WAS TO FALL HOW WOULD THE INSTRUCTOR/SPY FEEL ABOUT HIMSELF

And about time too. If a scaffolder poncing about on one board without wearing a harness gets zapped with 40,000 volts it will send a clear message that all must toe the NASC line or suffer the consequences.

Iv never seen a Scaffolder tow the Policy Line every minuet of the Shift, free radicals the lot of us...however, Monitoring, is a requirement that must be recognised, most Scaff are professional and utilise Systems and Equipment to make sure they comply to their Personal Safety Policy and Culture...
