how long b4 agencey have to be associated with the nasc for firm to be able to hire ??? dont know whats worse nasc or a nasc agency

There are companys behind some agencys marra , if your gonna outsource work it makes sense to create a separate entity to handle that work , reducing all the costs associated with it , simples really , good business sense but bad for society.

I reckon agencies would come under the same restrictions as labour only firms who can't join as they can't meet the criteria for quite a few different reasons.
