Hswt is so right that's why on the blue book sites they get their sons, brothers, uncles, cousins in for safety in numbers and then the best cock sucking brown nose out the lot of them becomes supervisor! Then the hardworking scaff either carries them all day or jacks it in ! I'm sure there are smoggies who want to work but if they come with a boiler suit I've not seen it.
