As many of you will know already, i am a staunch Union man, i wear Arthur Scargill pyjamas

A Union is a joint body of members with a united band of interests. So is the Scaffolders Forum.

A Union represents, it's members best interests. So does the scaffolders forum.

A Union provides guidance for its members. So does the Scaffolder forum.

You pay dues to a Union for this advice:sad: Not on the Scaffolders forum.

Need we say more..... Join and support your Committee for Consultation rights group now guys, it costs a look.

The Unions represent the Man Power---The Unions do not work in this Modern Times, therefore, why cant the Man Power orginise it's self to provide Labour Only to the Large Construction Projects, we supply the Labour and negosiate Terms and Conditions---without Labour nothing moves...

Sounds like a good old fashioned "Closed Shop"

Agree entirley with your comments garry,if all were willing and able to stick together,voices would have to be heard,but in the current climate loyalty would be hard to come by,as there is to many slippery gets out there who if they saw any gap in the market would rub there hands with glee at the prospect of a quick buck.unity is the key to everything that could be achieved through this forum..
