Heartbreaking really. I thought it was a job for Gary and Paddy with the torque regulated spanner until I read this bit.

Other blunders revealed at court yesterday included the scaffolding being erected on broken concrete, being too far from the building and not having a guard rail.

Come on.

Sounds like hop-up brackets on inside legs,with there being no handrail and the scaffold being to far away.Maybe wrong but sounds a terrible tragedy which could of been avoided.Sincere condolences to Mr Waltons family and friends.
