no worries,it was a pleasure working with you....But please if i ever EVER ever get to work with you again dont call me...areeee theeee allreeeeet COCKER.......
enough,s ENOUGH ;-)
Right its Saturday and im off to spend some hard earned cash ;-)
well it was 40ft x 4 lifts from 4th lift to 8th lift. Also the striking too in three days and only had a labourer for two days..I think we did ok and saved steves mate from 1000,s of pounds in penalties too..Well the good news is ive been asked to stay on till the end of september now with some dam good prices too..Hard earned graft as paid off so i arnt complainingGood for you lads, 40 foot x 4 lifts top boarded plus some striking is not exactly mountains. Most price work gangs years ago would have done that in 2 days maximum.
Maybe some scaffolders today just havent got the stomach for price work and are quite happy to hide behind safety etc
you cheeky sod Ray.... im happy postive things have come from it.. I start the new job tomorrow full time inspecting so i would imagine i'll be upsetting a few lads over the next few weeks..
Ian i thought more of you.lol..
This price is an insult. has this person ever been on the spanner? gonna need 3 spanners turnin and 2 labourers yh. @ 4 days and i say maybe there is no forks or crane to get gear up and down so theres the time lost already call it £1600 u got deal. scaffs people buy us 4 how we sell ourselves REV UP, ur worth more.:blink1::blink1::blink1::blink1:
Two days two men rope or lorry strap, catch 5fts from 6 lifts anyway.
Always done price work.
Done a double width designed 13ft tower 18 lifts high. 9 braces each lift six plan braces every forth. Top three lifts boarded. Given two weekends to do it first day started at 6am completed it at 6.30pm two handed. The boss was p***d off paying us two weekends for a days work!!
