question - who can pump a 21ft ladder beam above there head 20 times and not be tired?

Just a question?

When your fukking about bench pressing ladder beams, how much work have you done?
I only ask, that ive worked with some right big strong lumps over the years, who for all their strength - have the brains the size of peanuts and cant base a job out if their lives depended on it.
 
And what is to be gained by pumping a ladder beam 20 times , surley you would make more money for energy expelled if you fixed the fu cking 20 ladder beams on a job ?

Why would i break my back with a 21ft ladder beam, when you can and SHOULD use an ally one, as they are lighter and stronger.
Even better still, get someone else to carry the beams all day, whilst i do some real Scaffolding, lol.

yeah philliosmaximus, washington is in usa your tosser, and im a scaffolding machine, flick a ladder beam on my knees and all sorts, and jason, yes i would throw ladder beams around all day long

yard boy, been scaffolding over 5 years with part 2 and safety passport, banging up boilers all day and smashing lumps everywhere, 20 inch bicep and 32inch waist, far from fat, im like a scaffolder god

FFS I thought we'd clarified that Washington was in Newcastle. Will you please READ the posts before drivelling on about how great you are, as I'm sure we're all really interested.

no 1 on this whole forum can smash up beams like i do, i throw them around like you throw fittings around, i will crack on throwing beams about, if you cant bench a 21ft ladder beam your no scaffolder
