Scaffolding Regional Manager Job DescriptionI am assisting one of the big players in the scaffolding market to find a strong scaffolding professional looking to move into an office based operations role.
You will bring to the table a decorated career in the scaffolding field. Your knowledge will add value to the company and ensure that you are able to co-ordinate and manage the scaffolding team effectively.
This challenging role will see you have control over the regional branches of Sydney, Canberra and Wollongong. The key focus of these operations include the hire of access machines, swing stages, aluminium mobile towers and scaffold contracting.
As Regional Manager your key duties will include:
•Overall management of the of branch operations and the sales teams
•The ability to drive, motivate and lead all teams
•Incredibly strong communication skills
•Ability to multi task and plan and prioritise roles whilst under extreme pressure and working to tight deadlines
•Current understanding of WHS regulations is essential
In addition to an attractive salary there will be a rewarding bonus scheme on offer if successful in this role
