Gaffer tape is the preferred method due to the influx of cheap Chinese manufactured zip ties.

A well known member on here has just been stung by them for 35k hasn't he? So it's not always the big guns that the HSE go for.
 
Probably its the little firms that get stung the most, as they cant afford the backhanders that the bigger firms can provide.
 
Its the 'Gaffers' that f.uck up the most... maybe try some 'Worker' Tape? ;)
