to be fair , jason is usually one of the first thanking people for posts that help people , and one of the first to welcome people , in the past couple of weeks what with the algeria thread and then keza , maybe he's being a bit rude , my jason gibbs post the other day was to try and defuse aggro

this only the second time iv been on here in about 2 months cos of this . thats why loads of people left .im sure theres a technical explanation of a forum that doesnt include the words looking for a job . so **** it i ll come back in another 2 month and see if yas got a job yet , bye
 
dont go alan , ive missed spongebob , is there jobs on here , no **** told me , i need a start , where are the jobs ? LOL.
 
I think its a fair comment like my self i never joined the forum for any other reason than to look for a job, and then got hooked
i searched scaffolding jobs and the forum came up i would say 75% join originally looking for a job and help, the other 25% are the lads that have joined (mostly threw word of mouth)to help and inform and share. I would of never thourght to my self i need to share my expriences and knowledge as am not that exprienced and what i do know most all ready do were as the 25% that post the info share and have the answers they make the forum without them it would just be a job site so i find this happy medium between the job hunters and the knowlegde make the forum great but hey thans just my opinion and opinions count for fek all lol ps jayson seem to rub some people up the rong way but its just his humor and in the end up ya get his sence of humor just ask him for a drink at the blue oyster or meet him on the a19 youll soon get along ahahha lol

But... theres a small group of right nice blokes, decent enough to give help, offer advice and have the crack that keep it going.

11,000+ members? Only 50 here put the effort into making it a Forum.
Not the 10,950 other knob.heads who come here ONLY when THEY need something and when THEY need a job or what ever.

Its been the same since i joined, just over a year ago.


Why do i feel ive got a right to slag off the many many here who take the piss out of the Forum?
Because i f.ucking CONTRIBUTE!!! Day in, day out, im here with the other 50 or so guys and keep the threads going.

If Bawl-bag or what ever his name is dont like then he can do what the other 10,950 can do and go f.uck himself. :)

i joined the forum to see what is going on in scaffolding across britain , different wages,systems,qualifications, originally id hoped to just slag the industry because personally i think its a fuckin joke , now i enjoy starting/gettin involved in debates/arguments. IM gonna change my name by deed poll soon but because i wont get a job anywhere
 
haha, truth in that Jason although jobs are a big part of our life but fair point.
 
Jason gibbs is the first person who DM me with help, i have only been a member a few days and he was straight in to help.

As for people using the forum for job searching i dont see nothing wrong with it, scaffolders should help each other out! We get slated on jobs for slagging each other an i've worked many parts of the world, the rota is still a main problem!!!! Scaffs stabbing each other in the back for half a shift!!!! HELP EACH OTHER AN STICK TOGETHER!!!!
 
allan 666 this entertainment on the forum on firdays night is way better than watching the soaps by far forum fridays lol
