Just a little update on this post as the saga continues.
On Friday 21.2.14 I had a call to my mobile from a new agency rep. He had picked up my details via Linkdin and wanted to know whether I would be interested in a QS position in mid Essex. Obviously I said I am and then I asked is it for DSL at Bradwell? Apparently it is. Since DSL advertised the job after New Year they have not been able to fill the post and have employed a freelance QS who is charging a fortune. However as DSL are advertising the Job at £35-40k PA which is £10+ k below the going rate you can understand why.
The rep says he will call me back Wednesday and let me know the outcome – any bets on my getting a call back from him?
