How many companys are working to TG:20 08 ?

No way could you be held responsible for anything they do. I think I'm right in saying it doesn't matter whether they are advertising citb registered or not I believe they are breaking the law if operating any sort of company working in construction without declaring themselves to the citb. Sounds like a rough bunch to me.
 
thanks brings a bit of joy knowing that, i allways thought that there insurance would never pay out if there, god for bid be an acciedent, if you are working at heights all saftey becomes law,
 
I would be surprised if they had any sort of insurance by what you say but you are right even if they do they won't pay out but that probably wouldn't bother them too much it's the poor sods they endanger every day that should be worried. Best advice would be to seek other employment as soon as, good luck.

How many work to TG:20? - Every Firm says they do, but in reality - it costs too much to enfore and takes too much time to work to.

So, basically NO ONE works to it, lol.
Appart from the very big Firms on the really big, well paying sites...
