hello mate ive been in your shoes, best advise i can give is, sign upto as many agencies as you can cause you get varios work all the time n the more u sign upto you will be ok for work. i worked on a firm for 3 years n was bored out my skull i then signed to agencies n had the best year scaffolding. my experience has grown quick.
get tickets as well the more u have the more opportunities you have. GOOD LUCK DUDE
 
Welcome mate ,my advice to you is don't try to rush it try and get on a scaffold firm who will put you with experienced hands ,try not to worry about the money just yet that will come with the experience,get with the right lads to begin with and you shouldn't go far wrong
