its the fecking cape"cape" for feck sake does no one take anything seriously any more
its probably not called the scaffcape so that the SCABSEILLORS can use them
although those winkers would call them skateboard capes or hillwalking ponchos;)
 
Funny you say that, I was speaking to the nasc training tsar who assures me the cape cape will be mandatory from the 12th of July this year to be brought in to line with the wahr saturday night p1sh 2009, en69 2342B.:cool:
