Grace are the mutts nuts if you can get off your a*** and work.
If you just want paying for t***ing it off, look elsewhere

in my honest opinion these guys are very bad news for starters the owner/md/operations director is a plumber by trade never put up a job in his life and he does the pricing/wages **** money not many of the scaffs are from Manchester only 2 golden gangs who get all the good jobs ;) plus all price work over 1 hour from yard to 80% of sites absolute don't give a **** about there scaffs dogs get treated better. wages messed up week after week average scaff leaves after 2-3 weeks be careful i left after being given a pickup transit to do price work empty by 11am soul destroying to drive back the yard in awful traffic for more gear no safety equipment provided even got charged for gloves worst of all is the very cleaver at preventing scaffs to earn a decent wage by giving a strip/strike an hour or so from an erect worked my ******** off for them as well dogs:mad:

I know a couple of lads who work for them ,only know the ''horror'' stories 1; fighting for long when loading your own lorry at 6 30 in the morn :mad:,2; on price but not allowed back to yard before 5 (seen the lorrys parked up) 3; got told about a fella had to pay for a clutch for a transit pick up out of his own wages :sad:
Am sure there are good things to this firm as with all firms good and bad but from what I see the standard of scaffolding is very poor ,job in swinton at the moment ledgers not staggerd ,using clips either side of gin wheel, not putting straps on the lorrys .
Work is work and if the choice is the rock and roll or being employed at not the best firm you gotta go with it taking the moral high ground is not going to pay the bills .

no not working for them at the moment, i finished a shut down in desside a while ago, one of the lads there said to give them a big wide birth, so take the advice
 
grace is one of the better firms in manchester, well it was wen i was there, went abit down hill wen they sold out... good bunch of lads there tho...
 
tbh i think grace scaffolding is a joke firm and would tell anyone to stay away from them i lasted 2 weeks then jacked. Price work dont tell you the price, no waiting time on gear ***** rates charge you for ppe ppe
 
grace is *****, very clicky firm blind your head with science as far as your money is concearned, then dont pay you what you are due, BEWARE!!!
