I totally agree with you there aom I wouldn't trust any ones life on them not to open. I was just stating that you have to put one upside down for it to open...
 
Ok, sorry. They look horrendous upside down but I suppose would do to get you out a hole but if access was needed for panels I think I would be adding a loading bay gate. Great being perfect innit.;)
 
Them safety gates are not designed for a double gate access. but I do like the look of them gates on scaffolds then some on the market.

Every solar panel job we have done in this area, we always supply a gin wheel and rope with a panel bag 5ft above the handrail or an electric scaffold hoist on request from the posh boys....
