Wasn't gonna continue with this thread but now i am,firstly i don't agree with what you have to say but will defend your right to say it.If you know me you'll know i'm nearly always in work,i put myself on the dole when i jacked a job on the olympics before xmas.Might go back when it gets a bit warmer.I've always had a reasonable lifestyle,brought 3 kids up,2 in uni(have'nt ate jam and bread since i was 5)and always had the same morals since i started out in the game.The fact your 'nom de plume'is overtime tout speaks volumes about you,i've worked with plenty of ''men''like yourself,money grabbing back stabbing grassing sell your mates down the river to get your notice recindered kind of person.i can look in the mirror every morning knowing i have'nt **** on another man,bet you can't!MONEY IS A GOOD SERVANT BUT A BAD MASTER.

I regret that you are very emotional about the valid comments i have offered.
However i feel that you will be a lot better off if you come off the fence and accept how our industry works.
Taking another mans overtime is not necessarily a bad thing. I like to think its more of a shrewd business move if you know what i mean jon.
Im sure the more experience you get in the industry jon the more you will appreciate my advice.
