Construction worker died when scaffolding pole fell on his head

the whole fact is the rest area shouldn't have been under the lads striking the scaffold , and the management have to take as much blame if not more for the accident.
They make you wear a hard hat in case something falls on your head.
They make you wear a harness in case you fall of.
of course accidents happen in the real world , but putting the rest area directly under where lads are striking is a serious fu ck up

Covering there arse they don't give a
F..k about anybody else apart from lining
There pockets .hopefully a couple more weeks
And im out of it
 
poor guy a sad time for the family how can the health and safety inspector say there was nothing wrong???? rest assured that any pre site meets these dangers would have been pointed out.
