OK I will say it---- Well Done, and keep it up.
Just a note on your fag situ, I gave up last July but fell off the wagon so to speak last weekend had 3 ciggies with me pints, none since though, gee it's feckin hard but keep at it. And it proves you can still crave nearly a year on.
