Just for further information...

The problem that has arisen and been all too apparant on training courses is that scaffolders had been awarded S/NVQ's through the On Site Assessment and Training (OSAT) Route, who where clearly not competent, by unscrupulous assessment organisations.

The fact that no one ever seems to fail the CISRS course begs the question of how scupulous the training centres are. the evidence is out on the streets for all to see
