Building tube racks

I was suggesting the designers shud design it for free for the scaffold company if they r giving them work. I know it's a long shot

That was my point, it's about as long a shot as you building it for nothing

We actually scaffolded a few clients own houses for free or at very reduced rate cus they giv us plenty of work. I just think if a scaffold company is using an engineer and we get them their work they shud do free design for something like this.

sadly derry you and phillio are scaffs and come from a different world from the new age scaffold design experts.
on a different slant when in my teens my Da aquired an Italian Racing Bike for me which needed a wee paint job and other bits and bobs to get it back to tour de france spec.we took it to the local bike shop (notn halfords etc) when hearing the price my wee Da a painter and decorator negotiated a paint job and sign writing in return for the work on my CINELLI BIKE
AND BEFORE ANT SMART REMARKS IT WAS A PAINT JOB
