It is bad practice Frederick I have always known for them to used in pairs on flats rsj.s or parallel beams but each to their own I have tied to a vertical beam with my needle but always cantilevered up to my bridal tube or pulled it back providing the lift iam pulling back to is tied but it seems nowadays whatever cooks eggs makes a breakfest

We all know SK's gotta be used in pairs,
But what's the maximum distance apart they can be.

6.3 metres unless you have a longer tube. It is a pair per tube of whatever length.

Guidelines always show pairs close together but as long as you don't exceed the loadings on any of the axis I cant see any definite maximum or minimum spacing.

I am fine thanks SCC. Carving out a grim existence in the Philippines. Just waiting for the agencies to put the rates up so I can come back and have a pint watching this after a hard days graft.
