That picture floating around of a supposed scaffolders knackers, because of wearing a loose harness. I met a guy recently who told me he was involved in that piece of propoganda to scare scaffolders into correct wear of harness, and he told me that it was actually a pair of bollox belonging to a racing driver whod hit the barriers and the seat belt done the damage.
