Back pain

I have been hit with what I was told is static 2 months ago when it hit me it dropped.me like a sack of taties3 or 4 times a Day the lads took **** and told.me Mecca as that way as I was laying on my knees. Touch wood it was only happening for that week, good bed and God boots if you not.in.1 your in the other or some 1 eles

every morning have a roasting hot shower to ease it of
Buy a mini trampoline from Argos and bounce for 2 mins (no kidding)you will be amazed how this helps
