An I right or wrong?

Neilb, you don't have to spell it out for most on here we have seen what happens first hand when you try and cut corners but this guy is getting a bit of casual for a week or two, nothing wrong with it and a tact we have used a few times before taking them on full time.
 
A tact we all still us AOM , you need a labourer for a few weeks your not going to put him on the books only to lay him of 2 weeks later.
 
So Jason, what is your point? No one can argue that any of these practices are moving the industry forward, only backwards.

Thats true your right, but surely to even attempt to change our increasingly frustrating trade we need to start at the top and get them to do things properly before jumping up and down on the little guys, no?

Ive worked for alot of so-called 'big Firms' and hardly any of them have ever done things how they tell you they do in their Inductions and how they SHOULD do it.

Thats what needs addressing imho.
