firms use agencys cos they work,they are a simple solution when workloads increase and decrease they dont have the hassel of employment law, kitting the men out etc just for a job that might last 2 weeks.It is also easy to get rid of some1 who is lets say ****,i've been in the scaffold industry since i was 17 after leaving collage and we all know that some lads can pull trees up n others carnt put a nut in a monkeys mouth.But thats just me havin a rant.

Wish you all the best Swifty,hope you have a lot of money,yule need it.Our liability insuarence is £50k and set to increase again next year and the lads need paying each week n you waint get paid off clients every week belive me.
The money side is just the tip of the iceburg,you will need things like ISO 9001 in place before you are accepted to work for firms,which will become apparent when filling in pre vender questionares.It takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes to get everything in place but as i said,all the best!
