i completed a similar scheme to this 14 years ago , knocked my **** in for 2 years on pennies(literally) but it made me a fuckin grafter , lol
 
Sounds Like The Old Yts Scheme, There Was Atime When Hillington Ran Seperate Courses For Yts Scaffolders. Nothing Like Feeling Part Of The Team Is There.
 
i wasnt part of a team , i was a donkey for 4 guys who are still knockin their **** in for £350 a week , whereas i surpassed them all and earned shitloads in europe and offshore.
i got to where i am because i was a donkey for these ***** and developed the will to graft
