my brother in law works with autistic people and has written papers and regs involving their care,ive seen the power and what can set mentally disturbed people off,its a crying shame how these people can be left to rot in the prison system or released into a community which has no idea what its dealing with,some people though do it for a cry for help if they want to do it its their choice but involving anyone else loses my sympathy straight away,if he was compus mentus to drive a car he knew enough to leave his kids out of it in my eyes,too much placed on sympathy rather than responsibilty!

Agreed Joe. The people responsible for releasing this guy to his family should hang their head in shame. I have no idea if it means anything to them or not but they should be held up to account.
 
I only say that cause I do run into many 'wrong 'uns' on my travels.

few months a go there was a sex offender let out the time and place of the release was terrible not far form the local school and about 20 mins b4 school finished,needless to say he was picked up not long after release. some times there needs more planning.on the news there testing new drugs for sex offender the prisoners and the pc police believe its and illness me personally i think its just sick, there trying these drug on men and women and there saying the thoughts about attacks are not as frequent ......not fekign surprised no children in the feking pen as soon as they tick the boxs for this program and are released and deemed not a threat there will be trouble ahead.
as for the incedent aom mentioned i do thin there is help but its getting to the help like joe says but some times people just snap look at the likes of derrick bird there was not sign other than a remark the day b4 you wouldnt have had any idea of what was going to happen people just snap but that man with the child needs hung children are innocent
