Ive just finished a really large house that wasnt a tradditional build but more commercial in the respect that a concrete frame was made in situ with the scaffold going up for access, it had to be based out with 3inside brds but then adapted for brickwork much like a timber frame with the 3rd inside brd dropping away to allow for stonework & cavity.
