Baseball Diamond V - Construction Hard Hat.Any one had one?According to the write up they are supposed to be lighter than standard helmets but the feedback on Brands E-bay says that they are no different.Any input?

Seen baseball bump caps worn in factories, but would'nt be allowed on sites.

While ago we were allowed to use the base ball type bump caps on Midas sites down here. Thinking behind it was no other trades working in the area we work so less of a danger.

This did not last long as other trades complained.

Also the main problem they are not kite marked.

I bought one of these, however, in order not to look like a chav, by wearing it back to front, my hat mysteriously lost it's front peak, Allan or Jakdan might of been passing with the Recip.

These come in many colours, they are comfortable to wear.

That's the one,they don't look as bulky as standard hard hats,might get one only £8.50 on E-BAY.Thanks for info.

Got one sent over the other day, very comfortable to wear.
Saw a guy on site here last week with a hard hat shaped like a cowboy hat, big fat cigar hanging out his gob and mirrored shades on. Feckin tool.

I'm working in Vancouver mate, seen quite a few of the cowboy hat hard hats so they must be legal here but they look shocking.
