winds reaching more than 90mph blew down scaffolding at a house building site

Looks like the timber frame has collapsed into the scaffold. Photos show lack of planning with regards to safe removal of the scaffold, not a good advert for Persimmon

Apparently 'riggers' sorted it out. I thought they looked like scaffolders, but what do I know? Seemingly riggers glow in the dark also and as such, don't need hi vis vests on Persimmon sites.

How are you Neil?
I don't think the timber frame collapsed.
In the first photo it shows the roof truss frame still on the slab where it gets assembled. It also looks as if the front elevation has been left open to allow easy access for the timber frame panels.
There appears to be no buttresses which have always been required (Weighted) in every drawing I've seen for Persimmon (Tube and fitting).
The sign should have been the first thing to be removed.
