Description
Must have previous scaffold experience along with current CSCS card and part 2 Scaffold Certification. Duties will include erecting and dismantling scaffold on site along with other related tasks. This a temporary role for 12 weeks, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. If you are successful a permanent position with more hours may become available.

Yeah true, but what's annoying is the cheeky cu@t asking a scaffolder to work for the minimum wage. Look at his name says it all.
 
That's how this game is slowly getting f'cked because there is Scaff's that will work for that kinda sh*t money and ok most of us all have families and houses to keep and I can see where some of them are coming from...but for F*CK sake we need to draw the f'cking line as where to it ALL stops...We as a trade and a hard working one at that are getting the piss taken right out of us and I personally don't like it. This sort stuff gets my back up also, what has happened to the days when Scaff's all stuck together and fought from the same corner. All you want is a decent rate for a decent days work,how bloody hard is it for these idiots to work that one out???
 
Its a foreigner looking for a foreigner, somebody who has stowed away to get over here will get this job and most likely a house as well

just rang him, told i had one leg and one eye and a disability card so he wouldnt ave to pay travel.

£6.25 is the lowest rate per hour, that you can legally pay in the UK.

A section of the current government is trying to get it lowered/recinded to help "Employers recover from the recesion"and be more competative on the world markets

There are many working in this country for less, mainly illegals

£6.25 a hour dont even buy a large dona kebab or a gallon of petrol up the local shop think this thread is a wind up but!!!! may be wrong hope so ha ha ha!!!!
 
£6.25 an hour isnt exactly going to help employers pull britain out of recession.
so much for their shiite about building a strong manufacturing base along the same lines as germany,more like a mirror image of the bangladeshi industrial heartlands
and what about the money going to money sale of northern rock while keeping 21billion worth of its TOXIC LOANS :mad:
