An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training and Competency Officer within Cape UK to deliver training, assessment and compliance checks across the business.
Working in partnership with a team of qualified regional / site trainers and approved sub-contractors, the successful candidate will deliver training, assessments and compliance checks enabling Cape to deliver its commitment of being a safe, reliable and intelligent provider of industrial services. The ability to communicate at all levels is essential as you will provide training to a wide variety of employees. Experience of delivering supervision and management training is desirable.
The ability to travel is essential. The training department is based at our Billingham office, however the candidate can be based out of any of our regional offices.
The job will require occasional offshore work therefore you will hold or have the ability to obtain an OGUK medical, BOSIET/FOET offshore certificate and MIST. Ideally you will be IOSH qualified and must hold a full UK drivers licence.
