it was my m8s card we r waiting on and they the ( cisrs ) have confirmed the house address and confirmed they posted it on the 19th of last month but offered to send another in post today free of charge sounds ify to me even offered to drive to there office and collect it

Write an official letter stating the circumstances. Explain that the card holder couldnt work because of their incompetence. Keep at it and you will get something. Remember God loves a trier.

Well said Bri. The Royal Mail now employs so much cheap labour at their sorting offices as soon as they feel a credit card like package it disappears. They will be staffing up for the Xmas rush aswell. Only send anything recorded delivery in future even if it costs ya a couple of quid more. Satisfaction is all about coming on time.
