im just about to offer a scaffolder a supervisors job,as my firms gettin a bit bigger.you couldnt tell me the average salary for a suppervisor.or contracts manager please.

Depends on the role

£25K-30K site manager = ( stop gap till something better comes along)
£38K - Upwards = ( someone that might give a toss )
