Description
This role is to ensure that your Depot Department is reaching its optimum potential and that excellent customer service is being delivered whilst adhering to stringent health and safety requirements. Provide coaching and guidance to Scaffolders. Line management responsibility of up to 15 scaffolding teams including management of training requirements, absence management, holiday management, assisting with recruitment.
Must have knowledge and understanding of the scaffolding industry at a high level and proven experience on leading, managing, motivating and developing a diverse team. Essential requirement is to have a CISRS Supervisors Card and to have a flexible approach to working hours.
