DescriptionAssessor, Trainer, Instructor, Teacher.
My client is currently looking for a Scaffolding Instructor to work in a busy centre based just outside of London.
This company is one of the largest training companies in the UK and offers excellent opportunities and progression to those that are keen and determined to achieve the best results.
The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Assessor Award (D32/33 or A1), an SMSTS Certificate and/or NVQ Level 3 in a professional and/or technical qualification. You will be able to provide proven experience and exposure to a construction trade background, preferably an Advanced Scaffolder but you must have supervisory experience.
Any other trade related certificates such as PASMA, CISRS, IPAF or teaching certificates such as the PTLLS or D34/V1 would all be an advantage.
You will be in charge of your own timetable and lesson plans and need to know how to develop course material and training aids. You will also need to make sure that
training spaces and plant equipment are kept available and safe to use.
The package on offer includes good holiday allowance, company pension and a salary up to £32,000.
