Scaffolding Estimator

I'm looking for a freelance estimator in the London & Essex area for some jobs that come in.
This is not a full time job and no digs,Just need some one to price certain jobs for me and if we win the job the estimator will get a % of that job price [to be arranged]
Is there such a person ?
