Our Client operating in Central Belt of Scotland as a sub-contractor is looking to appoint Scaffolding Estimator or Quantity Surveyor as soon as possible.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create scaffolding scope, measure and estimate costs for Mechanical, Inst. /Electrical, Civils and Services from a 3-D model and drawings
Create and complete all relevant paper work and audit cost reports for Project Engineers.
Check and approve scaffolding drawings for design work.
Coordinate the day-to-day project requirements for Scaffolding, Fire Proofing, Painting and Insulation.
Coordinated the transport of modules
Carry out Task Based Risk Assessments and Advanced Safety Audits
Coordinate the day-to-day project requirements for Scaffolding, Rope and Powered Access, Insulation, Painting
Create Emergency Rescue Plans
