Heres some unwritten ground rules:
  • Day rate or Price?
  • How much per day?
  • Hours a day?
  • Weekends?
  • Overtime?

More info provided = More interest and more Scaffolders willing to work.

You want US Scaffolders to work for you? -
  • YOU make an offer.
  • YOU give us the details.
  • YOU show you have nothing to hide.
Then -
  • WE decide if we want to work for you.

(Experience means NOTHING, unless you have the qualifications to prove it, i could tell you i have 40 years 'experience' and that will get me how much a day? £50? £500?


To be fair, as your new here ill give you some advice.
Dont come here being all secretive and smug.

You want US to work for you?
Then give us some respect and tell us what your offering. :idea:

Change your attitude or no one will give you the time of day.
Take this advice or leave it, its totally upto you. :)

No i dont - not for you anyway.
Im already on a good job and im earning MORE that you could offer me, to be fair.

If you have nothing to hide, then you'd be fair and upfront.
What would you consider: "Good daily rate based on experience"?

How much for a Part 2 Scaffolder, with 8 years 'experience'?
(Im an Advanced, with more cards and experience, but just for arguments sake - How much would you consider a 'Good Rate' for the above 'experience'?)


If your not willing to discuss it, then your obviously a time waster?
Am i right or wrong?

Read my other posts, you see that im always enquiring about stuff, to help others...
