Calling all Scaffolders looking for work.

I have on going work for 6 months plus, i am the sole supplier for a Large scaffolding firm.

Locations: London: Ealing, South East London, central London and North London.

Rates: Part 1: £100
Part 2: £125
Advanced: £140

NO EXTRA FOR TRAVEL OR DIGS! SORRY!!!

Hours: 08:00am-16:00pm Monday to Friday, weekends availble.

Sounds like TRAD scaffolding to me who is the company you are supplying for.
Only ever heard bad stories about TRAD

it really gets on my t!ts when firms pay advanced more . so you got the best scaffolder in the world with a part 2 and a complete plank with there advanced , the advanced gets more despite hiding in the toilet all day .stupid isnt it .
 
hahaha you serious if my moneys wrong i dont give a rats a ss who they are pay me or feel the wrath lol
 
The advanced scaff takes all responsibility for the job, whether he's erected it or sat in the wagon... its not a lot more really for all the responsibility.
 
trads was all ways good payers when i worked for them run job on scrubs prison for 2yrs money always right for me and the boys

It is. Very stupid and very unfair.
Im Advanced and i have worked with other Advanced, who are useless and Part 1 Scaffolders who are pretty decent and Part 2's who are even better.

But nowdays its ALL about the tickets.
More you have, more versatile you are and more likely to get a good/well paying jobs somewhere.


I saw this when i had a Part 2 and f.uck all else and it spurred me to get my Advanced and a whole load more tickets and using those, ive been on some really good paying jobs, for a number of years.



Get as many tickets as you can, even if your useless, because thats all that employers care about, when offering jobs.
They dont know how reliable you are or how good you are... all they have to judge you, is on your tickets and qualifications.
 
What ever ones that can make you more appealing to potential employers. ;)
