Yep, its always been the same especially if your working for the dutch. Last time I was out there they tried robbing us , luckily we were working with a head case from Romania who held one of the gaffers hostage in the digs with a gun to his head until we got paid.

Any lads thinking about going over to Europe to work for agencies even British ones beware, there are very few of them are honest, most of them will get you out there with the promise of loads of hours and a good hourly rate, when you get there its all lies, the hours are not there and the rate is less than promised, a lot of lads travel on a one way ticket with very little money, then end up getting stuck out there when it all goes tits up, if you do go try and have a little cash or a return ticket to get back, and expect to get bumped for your last weeks wages at least, its not nice but it happens and will keep on happening because they can and will keep on getting away with it, take it from some one who knows, 5 years i spent working in Europe and i got bumped for wages 3 times from three diffrent agencies, two British ones and a Dutch agency. Also had numerous problems with others getting paid on time, not so bad for me at the time as i was single, but other lads i worked with who had familys and mortgages were having a right hard time.
