i've been a scaffolder for 43 years now and could you tell me how you can work fast and safe ?

They all say work safe but still want the job up if you work to the book they moan!!!

Theres a slow safe for example tossing it off and you can work safely, quickly and productively. It all depends on how you approach the job. Some seem to struggle more than others.

i have got guys who put up 6 m3 an hour and some who do 2 m3 an hour. Yet all are following the strict safety policies and working safely.

Ive a feeling by the post your be working in the rain so i would ask for wet weather gear.

And check they have a dry room

I used to work for this company and there a really good company to work for. Safety is at the upmost here. They don't expect super fast scaffolders just not people that mug it off!!(IE sitting in the truck, standing around!). The guys r great to work with and the guy in the office is very easy to talk too and organise/negotiate a realistic target with. U won't get given vans here or pay for digs. But I can assure u the right candidate will be rewarded, highly. Give them a ring no wk in hand here either( which is great just after Xmas). I left as I've moved back home(350 miles away)

nice to see a bloke stick up for a honest days work well done mate.
there are a lot of piss takers out there
