15.50£ not enough for u that's not a bad rate better than rock an roll!!!

It means with an attitude like that you'd be out of a job on this site within a week, good luck in your search.

well like i said its what men wana work for dom!!! yes some agencey are good some bad but just remember you havent payed for any trainning or courses you just take the work off the client which is fine. when there short of labour.most start with the client after a couple of weeks anyway. and drop the agent. iam like you ive been in the game a long while and you were probably working for one of my employees. so i no what you were being payed. were no different dom cause you may paye the scaffolders wages each week. but they paye yours every week when they work for you!! now thats what i call attitude

400Kv-If ur not happy with agencys or pay from companies on offer my friend -& you think you've got an idea of how it all works - why dont you put your money where your mouth is invest approx 60k min start up ur own firm and pay ur guys ! Zillion dollars an hour....see how long ur attitude & rants keeps the roof over ur head & food on ur table....i'm sure u guys think theres mega money to be made- everone i know is struggling to get work....then struggling to get paid for it & wiv the doom & gloom of a tripple dip looming £15.50 to me seems a dam good wage for doin up nuts & bolts
