Thats not the job where the young fella got killed with a falling 5 foot tube ?

Not as far as I know mate. On one of our sites a couple of weeks back a young lad was killed riding the lift inside the building. No idea why he was on top but I was told they didn't know what killed him at the time, the crush at the top or the fall to the bottom afterwards. Grim stuff.
